Able to deliver brutal dynamic onset, the B1 is also able to retrieve tiny flutters of hall decay and reverberation that the others will miss.”

For all other locations including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please request a quote prior to purchase. Items with factory packaging will be double boxed. When factory packaging not available re-usable shipping box with custom injected-foam mold will be used. (for all items over 10 lbs). Note that all items valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Packaging: We offer the best custom packaging in the business – period. When factory boxes are not available, we utilize an Instapak 900 Spray-in foam machine to create a custom, foam-injected mold that is form-fitted to each product. We invested over $5000 in this equipment to ensure that each product we sell arrives safely and our customers have a reusable box for future use. When factory boxes are available, we always double box.
Payment: We accept all forms of payment including credit cards. We never charge our customers for Paypal or other processing fees.
Returns: We offer a full satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return. If product arrived in a condition other than described, we will take full responsibility to cover shipping both ways… regardless of whose fault it is. Returns for any other reason will be refunded less original shipping costs.
