We’re old-fashioned in some ways. When you call Paragon, you’ll speak to a live person who can direct your call to the most appropriate team member. We strive to be responsive in answering all phone and online inquiries in a timely manner, even outside of normal store hours.

PAYMENT & TAXES
For payments made via PayPal, it is our policy to ship only to your PayPal confirmed address. We are required by law to charge tax to customers in certain states and municipalities. Michigan residents pay a 6% sales tax. Ohio residents pay a 6.75% sales tax.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, all items from our Pre-owned/Specials Department are sold as-is. We thoroughly test all pre-owned and demo units in-house before sale. If a product arrives and a defect is found within 10 days, we will replace the item. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. Any shipping costs associated with returning a defective product will be paid by Paragon Sight & Sound. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization issued by Paragon.
Some products carry a full or partial manufacturer’s warranty. This may be a full warranty or a partial warranty. Warranty information will be explicitly stated in our ads. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a product’s warranty status.
Pre-owned, demo, or discontinued products sold with a warranty may be returned within 15 days, and a store credit will be issued for the full purchase price (less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee). A return authorization must be obtained by Paragon to return items.
All returned merchandise must be repacked and shipped in exactly the same manner in which it was sent by Paragon. Any/all included accessories must likewise be returned. Failure to follow these procedures may result in a reduction in amount of the credit or refund. Any merchandise returned for defect in which a defect cannot be verified by our Service Department will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping amount being deducted from the credit or refund.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization issued by Paragon.
