There are two types of pricing models available on Superphonica (MAKE OFFER or fixed price aka ADD TO CART). Setting a realistic price will generally get your item sold much faster. Setting an unrealistic price increases your listing duration and causes buyers to wonder what’s wrong.

There are many ways to determine the value of an item. With Superphonica’s price advisor technology we provide real-time transaction data and transparency from items for sale or sold for free. This provides important information to help you establish value of your item. You can search “All Products” and filter by availability and choose sold. Search active listings to find similar items and see how other sellers are pricing their listings.

Write Detailed Listings

According to most buyer’s, the most important factor when reviewing listings is the accuracy in describing the condition of an item. Accurate descriptions help your buyers shop with confidence. Listing descriptions should match their corresponding picture. Buyers dislike surprises, so make sure to include any flaws or nuances. As a general rule, you should also include model and serial number for audio components.

Product names have a powerful effect on how your item will show up in search results—so remember to include important keywords like the brand name, size, or other descriptors that a buyer might look for.

  • What are your fees?

    Joining Superphonica is free. There are two basic fees: (1) a selling fee and (2) a payment processing fee. It costs nothing to list an item and it stays active until it sells.

    Once an item sells, there is a 1% selling fee paid to Superphonica on the final sale price (we do not include shipping costs in this calculation). There is no minimum fee and the maximum is $349.

    The payment processing fees are independent of Superphonica and vary by organization. PayPal and most credit cards charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. International payment processing for PayPal is 4.4% per plus a fixed fee based on currency received.

    We also offer integration with Their processing fees range from 3.25% – 0.89% depending on the amount of the transaction.

  • How do you help sell products?

    Our easy-to-use and secure Multi-Vendor Marketplace allows standard sellers, dealers and manufacturers to sell their products. We help bring buyers and sellers together who share a common interest of High-End audio. We’ve also leverage our industry leading review and forum site from the past 10 years. Furthermore, we promote our marketplace on social media and internet using paid and/or organic methods to engage buyers and sellers.

  • What can I sell on Superphonica?

    There are several categories of audio equipment including, but not limited to: cables,analog/digital components, computers and networking, headphones, music, power, speakers, and turntables.

  • Do I owe Superphonica anything before a listing sells?

    No. Listing fees are old school. No money changes hands until you sell something.

  • What are the size recommendations for photo images, logos and banners?

    1. Store banner – Width: 1920px, Height: 360px, Format: .jpg, .gif, .png
    2. Store logo – Width: 280px, Height: 280px, Format: .jpg, .gif, .png
    3. Profile photo – Width: 280px, Height: 280px, Format: .jpg, .gif, .png
